Power of Positive thinking -2
Wake up early in the morning and we start excercise for better health and body.We do running,pool up, push up, gym,yoga etc for healthy and fit body.But we can't do any exercise for better mind.
It's not so hard.
In this Era of the time there is so negativity surrounding us.
But one thing is that we can change negativity to positivity by thinking positive thoughts.
Just try one thing and experience yourself.
Wake up in the morning and after physical excercise, sit down and fold your legs.
First relax yourself.For relaxation you start 10 deep breathing exercises.Take deep breath in and count 1 to 50 or more and release breath.This formula also apply for breath out.
After this excercise start positive thinking for yourself.
Start asking questions like who you are? And what would you do today? Which type of the day you want to pass?
Just think about it and answer yourself.
